Site Communication  Communicate with sites through Zendesk and phone to schedule each work order and set up a successful visit.  Build relationships with site staff and learn their hours, constraints, and challenges (such as plumbing issues or escort requirements) so you can plan ahead.  Update community notes in Yoda with any site-related challenges.  Follow up with sites on delayed scheduling confirmations or work orders needed, and escalate to the Meter Expert Team or Account Management when needed.
