Service Advisor

We are looking for someone who is focused and determined to exceed our customers' expectations and someone who will build a positive team and family culture. As a Service Advisor, you will begin your day with our Technicians, developing a game plan for the day and ensuring parts are ordered in a timely manner for the jobs at hand. Throughout the day, you will open and close work orders, take phone calls and update the service schedule as the techs progress through the jobs. Filing of warranty claims and following up on those to ensure proper credit is made is a critical job function. You will have Technicians reporting directly to you and will be running your own business within the walls of Rexco. Our Service Advisors are the first line for customer relations and service representation providing timely follow-up to our customers. You will gain our customers' trust by providing honest and open communication, including the difficult conversations that are needed at times. Our Service Advisors are a critical component to our Service Department to keep the shop running smoothly. You will also be trained in our Rental Department to meet our customer's rental needs. We are looking for someone that can handle multiple tasks at once and keep organized in a fast-paced environment. Must have mechanical aptitude with awesome communication skills to effectively connect with our customers and technicians. We are looking for someone with the mindset of ownership, who will consider this position their own business and act accordingly. Previous Service Writer/Advisor experience in any industry is a definite plus! Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
