If you excel in ensuring timely and accurate installation and maintenance of residential softener and/or water treatment systems; take pride in providing exceptional service and are eager to contribute to a company committed to making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with us!MOVE FORWARD WITH US!What you will be doingFollow detailed installation and/or service instructions, processes, and procedures including but not limited to the following:Water systems installation and/or maintenanceEvaluate and repair problems related to existing customer systemsComply with Health & Safety requirements related to installation and service proceduresMeet daily installation and/or service schedule as assigned.Use available parts to assemble, install, and/or service various water treatment equipment or kits according to operating instructions.Who we want:We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Service Technician with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You should be dependable, punctual, and able to handle the mechanical and physical demands of installing and servicing water treatment systems. If you take pride in your work and are ready to be a crucial part of our team, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!What you need:High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.1-3 years or more experience working in a plumbing type position (preferred).Strong work-ethic; self-motivated; and proven customer service skillsPunctual/dependable with great attendanceMust have Journeyman Plumber or Restricted Appliance LicensePhysical demands for the job:This role requires regular use of your hands and arms, and be on your feet, moving between sitting, standing, and walking.
