Summit Pointe Apartments is a 212-unit community in Scranton, PA and we’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to keep it running smoothly. You’ll diagnose and repair everything from HVAC to plumbing to appliances, helping make sure our residents love where they live. Compensation and Benefits $18.00 – $22.00 per hour , based on experience $300 Morgan Essentials stipend, paid quarterly Overtime available as needed Opportunities for growth within a large, established company Full benefits: 401K, medical, dental, vision What We Need From You Hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, and painting Ability to complete work orders within 24 hours of the request Willingness to take part in the 24-hour on-call rotation, responding by phone within 15 minutes and starting emergency repairs within 30 minutes Make-ready work on vacant units, including repairs, cleaning, carpet cleaning, and trash removal Preventative maintenance, including testing equipment and installing and maintaining smoke detectors and fire extinguishers Upkeep of grounds and common areas, plus snow removal and salting when winter weather hits Valid driver’s license Why Morgan?
