Requirements
Ability to work across the entire stack, including frontend, backend, and AI
Use modern AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) and be able to adapt quickly
Self-motivated, career driven, and ready to take on outsized responsibility
Strong customer focus with a product and design mindset
Clear and effective communication skills
