Promote available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach. Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing. Processes and maintains accurate resident files Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed Processes re-certifications, renewals, and assists with retention efforts Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents. Assists applicant with the application process Creates and updates waitlist Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents Qualifications Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - Preferred Minimum 1 year of sales experience - Preferred Drivers License - Required Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish - Required Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations Attention to detail Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels Additional Information Property: Clover Basin (422 units) Pay- $20-$23 hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
