The Demand Planning Analyst Intern will support the Demand Planning team through data analysis, project work, process improvement initiatives, and forecasting insights. This role offers hands-on experience in demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), providing exposure to cross-functional business processes and strategic decision-making.  The intern will partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, and the BU teams to analyze data, improve reporting tools, and contribute to projects that enhance forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.  RESPONSIBILITIES Forecast Analytics & Reporting Projects * Analyze forecast performance and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Support forecast accuracy and bias analysis through data collection and reporting. * Develop dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports to support business reviews. * Assist in preparing materials and insights for forecast review meetings.   S&OP and Business Process Projects * Support ongoing S&OP initiatives by gathering data, tracking project milestones, and documenting outcomes. * Participate in cross-functional projects focused on enhancing planning effectiveness.   Continuous Improvement & Data Management Projects * Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and streamline planning workflows. * Compile, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems to support planning activities. * Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard work instructions. QUALIFICATIONS * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. * Interest in supply chain, forecasting, business analytics, and process improvement. onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
