RESPONSIBILITIES * Support sourcing managers in managing external manufacturing suppliers and strategic sourcing initiatives. * Coordinate and track RFQ activities, including supplier communications, quotation collection, cost comparisons, and data analysis. * Assist in preparing supplier evaluation and sourcing recommendation packages. * Maintain supplier databases, pricing records, contracts, and sourcing documentation. * Analyze supplier quotes, cost structures, lead times, and capacity information. * Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to support sourcing projects. * Support supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and continuous improvement activities. * Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for sourcing and business reviews. * Participate in supplier meetings and document action items and follow-up activities. * Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify supply chain opportunities and risks. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications – External Requirements:   * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or manufacturing processes is preferred. * Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
