The Logistics Operations & Analytics Intern will support multiple functions within onsemi's Global Logistics & Distribution organization, providing broad exposure to logistics operations, distribution, systems and analytics, trade compliance, and project management. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in supply chain operations while contributing to key business initiatives and continuous improvement projects. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support logistics, distribution, and supply chain projects across multiple functional teams. * Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools. * Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost savings, and service performance. * Support transportation, distribution, and trade compliance teams with research, analysis, and documentation. * Assist with project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications. * Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Distribution, Trade Compliance, IT, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing. * Participate in rotational assignments across Transportation, Distribution, Systems & Analytics, Trade Compliance, and Project Management to gain exposure to the full scope of Global Logistics operations. * Present project findings and recommendations to team leadership. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications – External Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Interest in logistics, supply chain operations, transportation, distribution, analytics, and process improvement.   Preferred Qualifications: * Previous internship, project, or coursework related to supply chain, logistics, analytics, operations, or project management. * Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis. * Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, QAD, or similar business systems is a plus. * Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or supply chain optimization.   Here at onsemi we take great pride in our internship program and the efforts we take to provide students with hands-on industry experience.
