About the company

NEOTECH
Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing · 1,001 to 5,000 employees
NEOTech is a high-reliability electronics design and manufacturing partner for complex aerospace, defense, medical and industrial programs. Our work supports the products and systems that protect lives, advance missions and keep essential operations running.
We combine front-end design engineering, board-to-system manufacturing and data-driven supply assurance. Our specialist capabilities include microelectronics and advanced packaging, RF and microwave, advanced ceramics to include AlN substrates, and test system design and fabrication. We manage design, sourcing and execution risk earlier in the process, and apply the right engineering and supply chain expertise to solve challenges before they escalate.
HOW WE DELIVER DFX & NPI | design transfer | PCBA / CCA | cable & harness | box build & system integration | functional test & inspection | direct-order fulfillment | sustaining engineering | obsolescence management | repair & refurbishment | Test system design & fabrication
NEOTech is headquartered in Chatsworth, California, with sites across the United States and Mexico certified to standards including ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 13485. More than one million square feet of manufacturing space gives complex programs the North American scale, proximity and flexibility they require.
Direct access to experienced teams means fewer handoffs, continuity through change and clear accountability from design transfer through production and sustainment. Behind every result are people who know these programs deeply, stay close to the work and take on our customers' challenges as their own.
