Surgical Dental Assistant (RDA) – NuTeeth Richardson

Apply Job Type Full-time Description NuTeeth is a specialty dental practice focused on dental implants, All-on-X full-arch cases, dentures, and oral surgery. We’re looking for an experienced surgical assistant who’s calm in the operatory, stays a step ahead of the doctor, and takes patient comfort seriously. What you’ll do Assist the doctor chairside during implant placement, All-on-X, extractions, bone grafting, and other oral surgery procedures Set up and break down surgical rooms, maintain a sterile field, and manage instruments and implant components Monitor and record patient vitals before, during, and after procedures, including sedation cases Take CBCT scans, X-rays, and intraoral scans Prepare patients for surgery and walk them through post-op instructions Handle sterilization and infection control to OSHA and CDC standards Keep surgical supplies and implant inventory stocked and organized Work with the front office and treatment coordinators to keep the day running smoothly What we’re looking for Current Texas RDA registration (required) At least 2 years of surgical or implant assisting experience All-on-X / full-arch experience strongly preferred Experience with IV sedation cases a plus Current CPR/BLS certification Reliable, organized, and a team player who stays steady under pressure What we offer Health and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Hands-on experience with advanced implant and full-arch cases Growth opportunities within a multi-location dental group Salary Description $23-$28/ hr
