Teen & Theater Arts Coordinator Concrete Club | Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County Part-Time (25–29 hrs/week) $22.50–$23.87 DOE/DOQ (+$2.00/hour Concrete location differential) A little creativity can go a long way. So can having someone who believes in your ideas, encourages you to take chances, and makes you feel like you belong. At our Concrete Club, we're looking for a Teen & Theater Arts Coordinator who can bring that kind of energy to a program where teens have room to express themselves, explore their interests, and discover what they're capable of. You'll help create an engaging after-school experience built around the teens themselves. That might mean organizing games, exploring leadership opportunities, developing creative projects, or encouraging youth to try something completely new. You'll build relationships, listen to their ideas, and help make the Club a place they genuinely look forward to visiting. Theater brings another exciting dimension to this role. You'll lead acting, improv, performances, and other creative experiences that help youth find their voice and build confidence. But theater is just one part of the picture. Your primary focus is developing a welcoming, engaging teen program and being a dependable adult youth can trust. We're looking for someone with creativity, initiative, adaptability, and a genuine interest in connecting with teens. Experience in theater, drama, or performing arts is required , and experience working with teens is preferred. Applicants must be at least 23 years old to work with our high school members. If you'd enjoy bringing fresh ideas to a close-knit community while helping teens build friendships, confidence, and a sense of belonging, we'd love to hear from you.
