What you'll do
- The Warehouse Specialist will manage daily dispatch operations, oversee DSP performance, and ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols.
- They are also responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating fleet operations while maintaining effective communication with internal and external partners.
What you need
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent and possess 0-1 years of experience in last-mile or 3PL logistics.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, along with strong leadership and analytical capabilities to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
**Key Responsibilities:*
Assist daily operations including dispatch parcel and assign tasks to DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
Design training to improve service quality.
Support fleet operations, task distribution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
· Minimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
· Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
· Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
