What you'll do
- Plans, directs, evaluates, and documents patient care, and assesses patients to initiate, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Coordinates with other shifts and departments and participates in personnel education and skills maintenance.
What you need
- Must graduate from an accredited school of Nursing and hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from Arizona.
- One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, or ER nursing experience is preferred.
