Account Executive, Auction Buyer Engagement, ServiceLink Auction

In this role, you will be able to directly impact a leading real estate marketplace, focused on real estate sales in an online marketplace. This position involves calling new potential customers, sourcing sales opportunities, and calling assigned leads. Additionally, provide prospective customers with education on process and how to be successful purchasing assets on the platform. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… · Communicate with customers, making outbound calls on assigned leads, and following up on existing sales pipeline · Understanding buyer needs and identifying sales opportunities · Create and maintaining our system (Salesforce) of record · Closing sales and achieving sales targets WHO YOU ARE You possess … · An energetic and dynamic professional with a willingness to learn · Ability to work both independently and as a team player · Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment · Ability to prioritize and manage sales pipeline while ensuring timelines are met Responsibilities · Conduct post auction follow up calls to assigned buyers to confirm their bid details, discuss auction terms and conditions, next steps, answer auction related questions · Ability to maintain sales pipeline, making multiple outbound calls and emails to potential clients · Qualifying leads from registered auction campaigns · Understand all aspects of auction process including marketing, legal, IT and client management. · Understand ServiceLink Auction’s platforms and be able to explain the benefits to potential Investors/Buyers/Agents along with providing initial client education of the auction process · Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information · Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics · Answering potential client questions and follow-up · Closing sales and working with client through the closing process if needed · Communicating bid details to our Seller client base · Building and maintaining relationships with our customer base · Ability to mine our database and cultivate new sales · Maintain a working relationship with all internal supporting departments · Maintain a positive department culture · Ability to travel quarterly as needed Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred · Hold an active Real Estate License · Real Estate License must be hung with Servicelink’s Broker · Minimum 1-2 years general office experience working in a real estate environment or related industry · Some working knowledge in Real Estate, REO, Foreclosure related experience preferred · Basic knowledge of current real estate procedures and laws · Excellent customer service skills (internal/ external) · Proficient in Salesforce & Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel, Word, Outlook · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong attention to details · Ability to work a flexible work schedule and overtime · Experience working in Salesforce preferred
