Switchboard's collaboration platform is more actionable than screen recording, flexible than whiteboards, and engaging than video calls. Each Switchboard room has a huge interactive canvas where you can add content and share ideas. This lets you visually organize all of the web apps, documents, and files you need. The canvas provides space for feedback, annotation, and conversations—either async or in a meeting. Switchboard enables you to share with context, show why work matters, and shift from learning to doing. With interactive recording, you can record a walkthrough with instructions and next steps. Viewers can hit pause to jump in to work in the content in the video rather than have to sort through a ton of links. Accolades include Product Hunt #1 Product of the Day and a Golden Kitty, Forbes Cloud 100 Rising Star, The Webby Award for Productivity & Collaboration, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies, and last but certainly not least, one TIME's Best Inventions.

Description

Description Switchboard is seeking an Associate Data Engineer on behalf of our client, Open Technology Solutions (OTS). This is an early-career role for someone with a year or two of hands-on SQL and data work who wants to grow into a full data engineer. You'll join a five-person data engineering team where you'll build SQL ingestion processes, create dbt models, document how things work, and learn the architecture behind a modern Snowflake data stack. If you've written real code in a BI, analytics, or developer role and you're ready to make the jump into data engineering, we want to hear from you. About Open Technology Solutions Open Technology Solutions (OTS) is a CUSO (Credit Union Service Organization) providing shared technology services to credit union partners. Built on a cooperative model, OTS delivers enterprise-grade IT infrastructure, support, and innovation to its partner organizations, allowing them to compete at a higher level while keeping costs in check. Responsibilities Build, support, and optimize data pipelines using tools like Fivetran, dbt, and Python to move data between Snowflake, SaaS APIs, on-prem databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and other data stores. Write and run SQL for data ingestion and transformation, and build dbt models that turn raw data into analytics-ready structures. Support the design and implementation of data structures in Snowflake. Help automate monitoring and alerting on data quality, pipeline health, and overall data infrastructure. Create and maintain technical documentation for data products, processes, and lineage. Research and recommend new tools and methods to improve how data is ingested, stored, and transformed.
