Join us at Kiewit, where we go beyond construction to develop the ultimate road to success. Location This position is based in Lone Tree, Colorado.Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the support services team, employees, and management as directed• Coordinate and arrange meetings including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, reserving and preparing facilities, and arranging offsite meetings and events as requested • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations as requested• Process expense reports in the Concur system as requested• Manage shared calendars and appointments• Ability to manage multiple tasks• Assist and/or arrange conference calls and Teams meetings• Strong professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills• Copy, prepare and distribute printed materials• Support team with planning and scheduling of activities• Assist with ordering caterings• Provide back up support to other administrative assistants when needed• Other duties and projects as assignedAdditional expectations: Remember that you are part of a larger administrative team and must be willing and able to provide support as required.Qualifications • Some administrative experience• Ability to handle work of a confidential nature• Ability to meet deadlines – sometimes with short notice• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational skills Other Requirements:•    Regular, reliable attendance•    Work productively and meet deadlines timely•    Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment•    Perform work safely and effectively.
