Pay: Rate starting at $25.00 per hour Perks and Benefits: You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. You will be eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full-time employment, 403b match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! ATCS Benefits & Perks What you will do : You will be responsible for providing mental health rehabilitation and support services to our residents to ensure stability and successful transition back to the community. You will conduct treatment/skill building groups, individual rehab (skill building) services, support with educational/vocational and supplemental mental health linkage and referrals. You will participate in developing and supervising each resident’s individual treatment plan, including day-to-day monitoring, and coordinate services with social workers, probation officers, medical/mental health providers, and other institutions. To be considered you must: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect, along with a genuine desire to work with troubled teens. ~ Successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB test. ~ Hold a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years. ~ Retain one of the following combinations: An Associate’s degree with six years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree with four years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with two years of related experience. Relevant experience includes working with youth in a mental health setting as a specialist in the fields of physical restoration, social adjustment, or vocational adjustment.
