Essential Job Functions Assist with servicing and installation of electrical systems and upgrades Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following a daily travel schedule, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems Maintain your truck inventory Troubleshoot & diagnose residential electrical issues Provide the best customer service possible to our customers Adhere to local and state codes Maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems Essential Job Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience of residential electrical work Follow instructions and retain what you were taught Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to learn and advance your knowledge of the trade Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools High School Diploma or GED Clean driving record Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language Minimum of 21 years of age Preferred Qualifications Service Titan experience Sales experience Compensation & Hours Pay: $17.00 - $24.00/hr + commission Flexible start and end times depending on business needs Days: Monday - Friday, on call rotation Benefits Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Insurance Disability and Term Life Insurance Matching 401(k) Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
