PROtect, LLC is hiring Environmental Monitoring & Mitigation (EMM) Apprentices in Norco, LA to begin a hands-on career in the oil and gas / environmental compliance industry. This is an entry-level, paid apprenticeship with on-the-job training focused on Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR), emissions monitoring, and EPA compliance. You’ll work onsite at industrial facilities alongside experienced technicians, using portable analyzers to identify and reduce VOC and HAP emissions in accordance with EPA Method 21. You’ll be responsible for monitoring equipment routes, calibrating analyzers, identifying leaks, and documenting emissions data.
