A successful Finance & Operations Intern will be supporting the Finance team, including the CFO, to drive strategic initiatives and support stakeholders’ decision-making through data and analysis. You will be involved in many different projects within the company and work closely with the Finance Business Partners of MBRDNA. *This role is able to start November of this year or January 2027 \n Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial workflow guide across all business units. Support Finance Business Partners and other team members on strategic and ad-hoc financial projects and reports; support the digital transformation of Finance, and help identify and implement process improvements. Support the Finance Team to ensure plausibility of the planning / forecasted actuals for business units. Support the Finance Team to develop recommendations on improving efficiency against benchmarks across the organization, and see them through from idea to implementation. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma Bachelor’s Degree or working towards Bachelor’s Degree – Finance, Business Administration, Accounting. Ability to capture and document all the information necessary to properly execute business processes within organization. Strong analytical thought process; ability to consolidate multiple data sources to develop data-based recommendations. High degree of business curiosity; quick learner with a proactive and agile mindset. Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Copilot, Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations. Team player mentality and the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI tools, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. \n Additional Information: The current hourly rate for this position is as follows and may be modified in the future and is only applicable for CA: $23 (Undergraduate Students)/$26 (Graduate Students) This position may involve access to export-controlled technology, hardware, or software under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. Parts 730-774 and possibly technical data, defense articles and defense services subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. Parts 120-130.
