What you need
- Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Business.
- 2+ years in managing the complete supply chain lifecycle, with demonstrated proficiency in forecasting, scheduling, supplier performance and ensuring the timely availability of materials based on the Bill of Materials.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to lead and facilitate discussions amongst cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP/MRP inventory control.
- Master’s degree in supply chain management or business.
- Direct expertise in motorsports or a high-performance racing environment.
- Demonstrated success in a demanding, high-stakes environment.
- Prior Lean Experience.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Process-oriented mindset.
