What you'll do

Run residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance calls scheduled by dispatch
Diagnose cooling, heating, and airflow problems accurately and efficiently
Walk homeowners through clear repair and replacement options
Recommend maintenance memberships and comfort upgrades that fit the customer’s needs
Keep your truck stocked, organized, and professional
Document every call in the field service software
Take part in the on-call rotation

What you need

2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
TDLR ACR Technician Registration or ACR License
Strong diagnostic skills on split systems, heat pumps, and gas furnaces
Clear communication and customer skills
A professional appearance and a team-first attitude
Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
Universal certification (preferred)
