Blue Cardinal Home Services is a fast-growing, PE-backed group of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies across the U.S. We’re putting AI and smart engineering into how the trades run, from the call center to the service truck. We’re hiring a hands-on, AI-fluent engineer to build, deploy, and support the tools our companies use every day. If you like owning a project from start to finish and seeing real results, this is the job. Expect a bit more during onboarding while you get to know the businesses. Why Join Us Build AI-powered tools that get used right away. No endless roadmap meetings. High ownership and visibility in a growing, well-backed company See your work in action in the field, not just in a ticket queue Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and sick time
