PROGRAM DETAILS SPE INTERN: Our Emerging Talent Programs, which includes Interns, Trainees, and Finance Rotational Associates, offer unique opportunities for students, recent graduates, and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. These seasonal, paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that builds on your experience and develops your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities. This Spring Internship is from January through April 16th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience. Department Description: Production and Asset Management Department Responsibilities: - Support Production and Post -Production Operations by leveraging AI tools and automation to improve scheduling, reporting, asset tracking, and workflow efficiency. - Assist in streamlining processes, reducing manual work, and enhancing visibility across production and post-production activities. Qualifications: - Maintain Production & Post-Production schedules in Smartsheet. - Create and update project trackers, reports, and dashboards. - Develop automated workflows, alerts, reminders, and approval requests. - Monitor data quality and ensure schedule accuracy. - Support portfolio-level reporting across multiple productions. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint. - Experience with Smartsheet, Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or similar project management platforms. - Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered productivity tools. - Ability to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. - Experience with workflow automation tools is a plus.
