- Collect blood samples from the patient
- Create an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients
- Perform low complexity testing and culture set-up
- Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks
- Day Shift | Monday - Friday | Shifts 7am-4pm, 7:30am-4:30pm, 8am-5pm, or 8:30am-5:30pm
- No weekends or holidays.
- Starting pay begins at $20.47 per hour and increases with experiencePay range: $19.53 - $29.28 per hour
- Full- time or part-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prefer graduate from or in the process of pursing a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited laboratory program or medical -related program
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills

Our Lab Assistant is a support position in the laboratory setting. Students, individuals with patient care background and others with some lab experience would be a great match for this role! This position primarily will work at the Cold Spring and Clearwater Clinics but will include travel to St. Joeseph, Becker, and Big Lake Clinics.
