- Provide 1:1 school nursing for children with complex needs
- Provide home care for children with complex needs
- Provide long-term, 1:1 skilled care in the home for patients with chronic or complex conditions
What you need
- At least 6 months of nursing experience
- NYS LPN license and registration
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical
- QuantiFERON within a year
- MMR Titers within 10 years
- Malpractice Insurance
- NPI #

Clinical Opportunities Available for LPNs:
Pediatric Nursing (Home & School): 1:1 school cases, building/sub/floater roles, or home care for children with complex needs (trach, vent, g-tube, etc.)
Private Duty Nursing: Long-term, 1:1 skilled care in the home for patients with chronic or complex conditions (trach, vent, g-tube, wound care).
Pay Rate:
$35/hour for private duty cases
$38/hour for school cases
Qualifications/Education:
At least 6 months of nursing experience
NYS LPN license and registration
BLS from American Heart Association
Physical, QuantiFERON within a year
MMR Titers within 10 years
Malpractice Insurance
