- Troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently and professionally
What you need
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance
- Strong customer service skills and commitment to resident satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies
- Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related experience (preferred)
- HVAC certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)

What We Need From You
Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, construction, or related experience preferred.
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
HVAC certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Ability to troubleshoot and complete service requests efficiently and professionally.
