About the company
Fira Health
Hospital & health care · 2 to 10 employees
Adaptive Home Health is building a higher-acuity, patient-centered, skilled home health mode. Our ultimate mission is to dramatically improve patient access to home health care. The PTA role is a core part of that mission: you help restore function, keep patients safe at home, and drive real outcomes — in partnership with a supervising PT. We build technology designed around the way clinicians actually work, so you can spend less time on documentation and coordination, and more time with patients. - Smarter charting: Record or dictate visits with AI Scribe, start with prefilled assessments, extract medication lists from photos, and keep all visit information in one easy-to-use place. - Scheduling that protects your time: Text patients, plan more efficient routes, and stay aligned on visit changes through one clear, coordinated schedule. The result: less administrative burden, fewer coordination headaches, and more time for patient care.
