What you'll do

Operate on the production line and complete repetitive packaging tasks, including assembling boxes, packing orders, and labeling products while meeting daily quotas and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, attend required training, adapt to different departments and priorities, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising quality.

What you need

At least one year of production, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience is strongly preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic English proficiency.
Candidates must be dependable and punctual, able to work the stated weekday day shift and overtime as needed, and capable of standing throughout the shift, lifting 15–50 pounds, and performing repetitive physical tasks.
Education: a high school diploma

In this role you’ll work the production line, package orders, and keep our operation running accurately and efficiently. No cannabis experience required—we provide training. If you have production, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience and want a stable full-time position with benefits, we’d like to hear from you.
