What you'll do
- Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care provided to patients
- Provide patient education
- Coordinate the activities of ancillary personnel
- Maintain the standards of professional nursing practice
What you need
- Graduate of approved school of nursing
- Completion of BSN required within five years of employment
- NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Good Communication skills and skilled in customer service
- BSN or working towards a BSN or professional certification within one year of employment (preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of medical-surgical nursing experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
- Reliability and flexibility
- Education: a bachelor's degree or a professional certificate

Varied 12 hour shifts available including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Job Description:
Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Prescribing, delegating and coordinating nursing care provided to patients.
Provide patient education & coordinate the activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining the standards of professional nursing practice.
Requirements:
Graduate of approved school of nursing
BSN or working towards a BSN or professional certification within one year of employment preferred
Completion of BSN required within five years of employment
NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse
2 to 5 years of medical-surgical nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred

Position Pay Range: $38.00-50.00/hour
