What will you do: Collaborate with the team on open customer cases / potential product defects. Participate in brainstorming sessions and presenting your ideas Support Global Customer Support with evaluating customer reported issues. Set up Safety Systems for hardware/firmware evaluation, or virtual environments for PC software evaluation. Receive mentorship from experienced professionals and your assigned manager What qualifications will make you successful: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with interest in Control Systems/Automation. Must graduate August 2027 or later Strong communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with lab equipment; DMM, Oscilloscope Problem Solving, Troubleshooting, Reporting Basic Control system design, basic understanding on serial and Ethernet networking/communications.
