- Create estimations, summarize and analyze to promote activities and follow up on product cost reduction
- Understand cost structure and analyze cost conditions to build plans, promote activities, and follow up on them
- Report cost and profit status to managers and follow up with others to achieve targets
- Report any problems or delays in activities to managers and promote solutions
- Understand drawings or process changes and their cost impact, sharing status and agreeing on next actions
- Summarize cost estimations to help others understand cost and profit status, and explain them clearly

- General knowledge about profit and loss
- Leading small group project experience
- Presentation skills
- Ability to learn technical expertise
- Microsoft office
- Education: a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree
