What you'll do
- Support earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, and other financial events by preparing presentations, Q&A materials, talking points, and briefing documents.
- Participate in development of IR strategy and messaging by providing financial analysis, analytics and insights to the Investor Relations team and Emerson executive management.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial messaging and strategic priorities as well as other relevant information for use during quarterly earnings, and throughout the quarter during regular discussions with management and the investment community.
- Build and maintain complex financial models for Emerson and its peers to support management’s assessment of performance, capital allocation decisions and investor expectations.
- Analyze consensus models and performing comparative analytics vs. internal forecasts/etc. to provide insights than can help inform and influence the IR team’s strategy and approach.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records on investor engagement and meeting activity.
- Participate in investor and sell-side analyst meetings to gain perspective and insight.

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, science, business, or a related field
