Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.   How you’ll contribute As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department. * Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. * Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care; may administer medication. * Documents patient care provided. * Assists RN with development of plan of care. * Assists patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. * Monitors, documents, and communicates patient status and responses to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and family. * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. * Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. * Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts/units as needed. * Maintains regular and reliable attendance. * Performs other duties as assigned.   What we’re looking for  · LPN license required   Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. · One year of experience preferred · Handle with Care certification preferred Why join us  We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
