What you'll do
- Competitive Pay:
- Flexible, On-Call Scheduling:Day shifts (6 AM - 6 PM), as coverage is needed
- Low Commitment:Required to pick up at least1 shift per month
- No Weekend Requirement
- Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
- Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians
- Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition
- Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary
- Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents
- Advocate for residents, ensuring that care provided by the team aligns with resident care plans and personal wishes
- Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner
- Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Flexibility, dependability, and a team-player attitude
- Strong communication and willingness to uphold care regulations
