Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Sign on Bonus

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is seeking Full Time and Part Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! ***SIGN ON BONUS FT $3,500.00 ***SIGN ON BONUS PT $2,000.00 The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Red Bank, NJ. We are seeking FT and PT LPNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs. Responsibilities: Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services. Provide medications and treatment to residents. Make nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds. Respond to emergency calls throughout the community. Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs. Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained. Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.
