What you'll do
- Work with non-custodial parents involved in the child support system to address barriers to employment, find and keep jobs, and build stability, self-sufficiency, and involvement in their children's lives.
What you need
- <strong>Experience:</strong> Two years of customer/client (case management) experience. In lieu of a degree candidates with two additional years of experience will be considered.
- <strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have valid driver’s license, automobile at their disposal, and a current automobile liability policy with continuous coverage.
- <strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: </strong><ul><li><span style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ability to assess participant needs.</span></span>
- <span style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ability to develop positive & trusting relationships with participants and offer emotional support.</span></span>
- <span style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ability to positively interact with partners including child support, court, attorneys,</span></span><span style="color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> </span></span><span style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">etc.</span></span>

- <span style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ability to work independently and within a team setting.</span></span>
- <span style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ability to travel to multiple counties to serve participants.</span></span>
- <span style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ability to be flexible with respect to changing needs of the project.</span></span>
- <span style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Excellent oral communication skills.</span></span>
- <span style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Proficiency with Microsoft Office.</span></span>
- <span style="color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Ability to work independently and in team settings.</span></span>

As a TCSEPP Coordinator, you’ll work directly with non-custodial parents involved in the child support system and help them move toward stability. You’ll help people tackle real life barriers to employment, find and keep a job and build momentum so they can pay child support, become more self-sufficient, and stay present and involved in their children’s lives.
LOCATION - This position is based in BEDFORD, LINCOLN, MARSHALL, and MOORE COUNTIES, TN. It is Hybrid and requires extensive travel throughout the assigned county/counties.
SALARY - This is an exempt position with a starting salary of $50,000.
