What you'll do
- Troubleshoot DASH (Oracle HCM) problems and HR and payroll issues, maintain data accuracy, audit reports, and implement process efficiencies.
- Test system changes, develop training materials, and communicate upcoming changes to HR partners and end users.
What you need
- Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or related field
- 2 Years of HRIS Experience
- Experience with HR software
- Experience with process improvement
- Ability to create reports
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent technical abilities and the ability to research and troubleshoot problems
- Ability to maintain composure in complex high-pressure situations
- Ability to work professionally and confidently with varying levels of the organization
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience with Oracle
