As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you’ll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ®.   More about our team  Join our team in a 24-bed unit staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (NAs), and monitor techs. This unit focuses on Pre & Post Cardiac Cath patients with 24 hr cardiac monitoring.    How you’ll contribute  A Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I), who excels in this role:   * Monitor vital signs/blood sugars * Assists patients with activities of daily living; Document and report abnormal findings or changes in patient condition * Measure and document input/output and weights * Assist nurse as needed * Answer call lights * Assist with patient admission, transfer and discharge * Provide care appropriate to the condition/age of the patient * Distribute drinks and/or snacks * Maintain clean and neat patient room and work environment. * All other duties as assigned   Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
