What you'll do
- Support the day-to-day upkeep of facilities, property, and equipment
- Support preventative maintenance of facilities, property, and equipment
- Respond to maintenance needs promptly and professionally
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- General knowledge of building maintenance systems and repair techniques.
- Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions and work orders.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment required to perform job duties.
- Ability to respond promptly to maintenance calls while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Strong awareness of guest and team member needs at all times.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in a fast‑paced, interruptive environment.
- Work performed throughout all property facilities, including occasional confined spaces.
- Work environment may involve exposure to hot and cold temperatures, varying weather conditions, fumes, and maintenance‑related chemicals.
