Join our team and help patients reclaim their independence, one milestone at a time.   How you’ll contribute A Rehab RN who excels in this role:  * Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs. * Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions. * Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
